In your POP client, click File > Folder > Compress All Folders.

Hey I can also face similar problem with my outlook but I can solve this problem by the using of outlook pst repair tool. This is the best way to fix this problem easily.
ReplyDeleteDue to this outlook error I was unable to send or receive emails. I was really embarrassing to me. I don’t know that why I am receiving this error. I thought this is due to incorrect account settings and I have also change some settings and restart outlook again. But it was of no use. I start searching on internet and when I come to this page and follow the given instructions then I had fix this outlook error. By the way if you download scanpst.exe can also remove this error.
