Account settings

1) The first time that opens Outlook 2007 you will be asked for the mail account configuration settings.

2) Press the Next button.
3) Select the Yes option to configure an internet account. Press the Next button.
4) Complete the required Fields:
a) Name to be displayed.
b) E-mail address.
c) Password.

5) Press the Next button.
6) Outlook will try to connect to search the server settings.

7) Also, you can select the manually configure option and Press the Next button.

8) Select the Account type and press the Next button.

9) Complete required basic fields.

10) Press the Test Account Settings button.

11) If the test is successful, close the window. If not, review your settings or contact a system administrator to request help. Press the Next button.

12) Press the Finish button.

13) Press Yes button to accept Outlook as the default mail program. De selected the Always perform this check option to avoid repetitive checks.

14) Go to the inbox where you will find the mail test sent during account configuration.

22) Use the Microsoft Office Button. Click the Microsoft Office Button, and then click Program Name Options.
23) Save as PDF or XPS to preserve document formatting and enables file sharing.
24) Have voice mail and faxes delivered to your Office Outlook 2007 Inbox using Exchange 2007.
25) Improved Junk E-mail Filter that sorts out even more unwanted e-mail messages that before.
