Contacts
1) A Business Contact is a person with whom you do business at a company or organization. To manage your contacts, click in .
2) The default view, Business Cards, will organize alphabetically your contacts.

3) To create a new Contact, click in the New button.

4) The new Contact form will be showed.

5) Fill the data directly in each text box.
6) Use the data formatter to obtain assistance to fill each field.
7) Fill data as requested and see results.
8) There are three e-mail addresses available to fill. Select each one and complete the data.

9) There several phone numbers types available to fill. Select each one and complete the data.

10) Contacts Actions Group.
11) Press the Save and close command button to save the contact to the Contacts view.
12) Press the command button to continue adding contacts.
13) Press the command button to send the contact to co - workers by e-mail.
14) Press the command button to delete the opened Contact.
15) Contacts Show Group.

16) Details command button, allows the fill of detailed contact information.

17) Journal automatically records actions that you choose which relate to specific, selected contacts and places the actions in a Timeline view. Tracking includes e-mail messages, appointments, contacts, tasks, journal entries, notes, posted items, and documents, such as e-mail, or other Microsoft Office document.
18) Use Journal to record the dates and times of your interactions with contacts, such as tracking hours spent on a particular account.
19) Contacts Options Group.
20) Use Business cards as another view of a contact that captures specific information from the contact and allows you to share that information with other people in a highly recognizable form.

21) Click in the Business Card button.
22) Complete all desired fields.
23) Select an image to show.

24) Press OK to save the Business Card.
25) Save and close the contact.
